April offers: 

Group Pilates classes start in May in our Covid-secure studio. But you can visit us sooner! From 12th April we can open our doors for private (one person) and semi-private (2 people from the same household) classes and will be offering the following huge discounts in April until 7th May!  

💫Privates - £25 (Usually £55!)
💫Semi Privates £15 per person (Usually £35!)
💥Valid for both Reformer & Matwork Pilates classes - you can book up to 2 discounted sessions between 12th April and 7th May.

This is a great way to try out our reformer machines (see picture below), get to know our teachers, start recovering from an injury, boost your strength or refine your skills before joining a group class in May!

We’ve also set up a therapy space where we currently offer a host of treatments including sports massage, osteopathy, counselling, psychotherapy and many more.
